At Seventeen Acacia’s, we take pride in delivering your order with care and efficiency - whether you’re based in South Africa or across the globe.


Processing Times

South Africa: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

International: Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before dispatch.
All shipments include full tracking and are securely packaged using eco-conscious materials.

Shipping Rates

South Africa: Shipping is charged at checkout via BOPGo.

International: We offer flat international shipping rates based on destination. These rates include:

Premium courier delivery via FedEx or UPS

Upfront duties and taxes where applicable

All shipping fees are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

We do not collect international duties, customs fees, or VAT at checkout.
Any additional import costs will be assessed by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.


Missing or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the courier, Seventeen Acacia’s is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of receipt with photographs of the packaging and product.
