Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you receive from Seventeen Acacia’s. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Domestic Returns (South Africa)

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, and refunds within 14 days, provided:

The item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags/seals intact.

You have proof of purchase.

The product is not a personalized or final sale item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Note: No returns are processed during large sale events (e.g. Black Friday) until the campaign ends.


International Orders

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds on international orders unless:

The item is damaged in transit, or

The incorrect item was delivered.

In these rare cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund after assessing the case.
All return courier fees, duties, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Exchanges

We offer size or color exchanges within 30 days for items of equal value, subject to availability.
This applies to full-priced items only. For sale items, only size exchanges are accepted - no refunds.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (or store credit) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise requested.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Returns May Be Refused If:

The item is used, damaged, or returned without original packaging.

The return is requested outside the valid time window.

The item was marked Final Sale or Personalized.


Warranty

All Seventeen Acacia’s products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

To lodge a warranty claim:

Visit the Contact Us page.

Include photos, your order number, and a brief description of the issue.

We reserve the right to either:

Repair the item,

Replace the item, or

Offer store credit.

Warranty does not cover:

Wear and tear,

Misuse or negligence,

Improper care,

Damage from modifications.


Coupon Abuse & Terms

Coupons are issued at our discretion and are not redeemable for cash.

One coupon per customer unless otherwise stated.

Abuse or manipulation of discount codes constitutes a breach of our terms and may result in cancellation.
